Confidence scores help you evaluate the certainty of individual predictions generated during a Review Run. Use confidence scores together with model reasoning to determine which results may require additional review. To view confidence scores for a document:
  1. Open a completed Review Run.
  2. Open the document that you want to review.
  3. Locate the model results for the document.
  4. Review the Confidence Score displayed for each classification result.
  5. Review the associated reasoning to understand the evidence supporting the prediction.
Confidence scores are displayed on a scale from 0 to 100. Each classification is evaluated independently, so a document can contain both high-confidence and low-confidence results.

Next steps

After reviewing confidence scores, examine low-confidence predictions and their supporting reasoning to determine whether additional validation or review is required.
