For any issues during your evaluation period, you can either submit a request directly to our support desk at support@laer.ai or post a ticket in our helpdesk system here: support.laer.ai.
A helpdesk account will be created for the evaluation users, allowing you to directly post issues and provide more detailed information about issues.
