A static review batch lets you randomly sample documents from a dataset or list of Doc IDs. Static batches have fixed sizes. To create a static review batch, complete the following procedure.
  1. In the Project space menu, select Collections.
  2. Select a collection.
  3. Select Review > Review Batches.
  4. Select Create Review Batch > Static batch.
  5. Configure the batch using the following fields:
    1. Enter a Name.
    2. Type a Description.
    3. Select a Dataset.
    4. Choose whether to include family members.
    5. Enter the Batch size.
    6. Enter the Assignment batch size.
    7. Enter the Number of overlapping documents.
    8. Enter the Number of overlapping annotators.
    9. Choose whether to review existing tags.
    10. Select the Reviewers.
  6. Click Create.
