To add a metadata field to a project, complete the following procedure.
  1. In the Project space menu, select Settings.
  2. Select Metadata Fields.
  3. Select Add field.
  4. In the New field box, do the following:
    1. Type a name.
    2. Select the value type.
    3. Type a description.
    4. Click Create.
