Note: Owner and Admin users can also manage contacts, team membership, metadata fields, tags, and annotation fields from Admin settings. Admin settings apply at a broader level. Project settings apply only to the currently selected project.
Overview
The Overview tab shows core information about the project, such as the project name, description, type, and other identifying details. Use this tab to review the basic setup of the project and confirm that key information is accurate.Contacts
The Contacts tab lists the main people associated with the current project. From this tab, project admins can:- Add contacts to the project
- Review existing contacts
Team
The Team tab defines who can access the current project and what they can do. From this tab, project admins can:- Add users to the project
- Remove users from the project
- Manage user access by assigning or updating project roles
Note: You can also add users and manage access from Admin settings, which may affect multiple projects depending on your configuration. Changes in Project settings > Team apply only to the current project.
Metadata fields
The Metadata fields tab controls the structured information available in the project. From this tab, project admins can:- Add new metadata fields for the project
- Filtering and searching
- Reporting
- Workflow rules or review organization
Tags
The Tags tab manages how content is grouped and labeled for this project. From this tab, project admins can:- Create tagging panels
- Create and organize tag groups
Annotation fields
The Annotation fields tab defines the structured inputs reviewers can apply during analysis or review in the project. From this tab, project admins can:- Create annotation fields
- Create tagging panels for use with annotation workflows
Background jobs
The Background jobs tab surfaces system operations that run behind the scenes for the project. From this tab, project admins can:- View operations that have run or are currently running in the background for the project
