Annotation fields correspond to tagging panels in your project. Creating an annotation field for a tagging panel makes that annotation field available in Review. You can create annotation fields at either the Collection level or the Project level. Annotation fields are available across the entire Project, even when created at the Collection level. To create an annotation field, complete the following steps.
  1. In the Project space menu, select Collections.
  2. Select a collection.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Select Annotation Fields.
  5. Select your Tagging Panel from the dropdown.
  6. Click Create annotation field.
  7. In the Create Annotation Field box, do the following:
    1. Enter a field name.
    2. Select the field type.
    3. Type a description.
    4. Choose whether the annotation field is a list.
    5. Click Add Field.
