You have the option to download the chat results or a list of citations for offline use. This option is particularly useful when you need to review the information later or share it with others who do not have access to Ask AI. Downloading the citations can be useful for referencing documents if you are using a third-party eDiscovery solution. To download a chat response:
  1. On the Chat page, hover above the prompt box to reveal the actions menu.
  2. Click Download and select either Message or Citations. Selecting Message downloads the chat prompt and response in DOCX format. Selecting Citations downloads the citations for the response in CSV format.
