# View confidence scores for a document

Confidence scores help you evaluate the certainty of individual predictions generated during a Review Run. Use confidence scores together with model reasoning to determine which results may require additional review.

To view confidence scores for a document:

1. Open a completed **Review Run**.
2. Open the document that you want to review.
3. Locate the model results for the document.
4. Review the **Confidence Score** displayed for each classification result.
5. Review the associated reasoning to understand the evidence supporting the prediction.

Confidence scores are displayed on a scale from **0** to **100**. Each classification is evaluated independently, so a document can contain both high-confidence and low-confidence results.

### Next steps

After reviewing confidence scores, examine low-confidence predictions and their supporting reasoning to determine whether additional validation or review is required.
