# Upload a protocol

You can upload existing Review and Search protocols to use in your project. 

To upload a protocol, complete the following procedure.

1. In the **Project space** menu, select **Collections**.
2. Select a collection.
3. Select **Protocols** and choose **Review Protocols** or **Search Protocols**.
4. Click **Create New Protocol** and select **Upload protocol files**.
5. Drag and drop your protocol files and select **Upload**.
