# Datasets

Datasets let you create different views of your project collections so you can work with a focused set of documents. Instead of working with all documents in a project, you can group documents that meet specific criteria and reuse that grouping across tasks.

You can use datasets when you need to:

* Focus on a specific subset of documents
* Reuse the same document set in multiple areas
* Keep workflows, models, or review work scoped and consistent

Datasets can be used in:

* Review batches
* Models
* Workflows

Each dataset represents a defined set of documents based on how it was created.

### Ways to create a dataset

You can create a dataset using any of the following methods:
