# Collection Settings

Collection settings give project admins a collection‑level view of configuration for a single collection within an Epiq AI project. From here you can manage tags, annotation fields, highlights, and integrations.

Only users with an admin role for the project can view and change collection settings.

<Info>
 **Note**: Admin users can also manage tags and annotation fields from **Project settings**.
</Info>

Collection settings are organized into tabs. Each tab focuses on a specific area of project configuration.

#### Tags

The **Tags** tab manages how content is grouped and labeled for this project.

From this tab, project admins can:

* Create tagging panels
* Create and organize tag groups

Use tags when you need flexible, user‑applied labels for organizing documents, grouping review decisions, or tracking themes and issues within the project.

#### Annotation fields

The **Annotation fields** tab defines the structured inputs reviewers can apply during analysis or review in the project.

From this tab, project admins can:

* Create annotation fields
* Create tagging panels for use with annotation workflows

Use annotation fields when you need reviewers to capture consistent, structured data (for example, issue codes, decisions, or custom review attributes) in this project.

#### Highlights

The Highlights tab defines highlight groups for the collection.

From this tab, project admins can:

* Create highlight groups
* Apply highlighting on collection documents

Use highlights when you want to call attention to specific terms.

#### Integrations

The Integrations tab lists any associated Relativity workspaces.
