# Create a tagging panel in Collection Settings

You can create tagging panels at either the Collection level or the Project level. Tagging panels are available across the entire Project, even when created at the Collection level.

To create a tagging panel for a project, complete the following procedure.

1. In the **Project space** menu, select **Collections**.
2. Select a collection.
3. Select **Settings**.
4. Select **Tags**.
5. Select **Create Tagging Panel** > **Create a new tagging panel**.
6. Type a name for the new tagging panel.
7. Select whether the tagging panel is partially tagged.
8. Click **Create**.

The new tagging panel is now available in the Tagging Panel dropdown. You can now add tag groups.
