# What's New in Epiq AI V2

Epiq AI V2 introduces a redesigned experience focused on project-centric workflows, AI-powered review, and scalability for complex matters.

## A more intuitive workspace

* A refreshed UI with simplified navigation and clearer project context.
* Breadcrumbs and improved layout reduce friction when moving between projects and tasks.
* “Ask AI” is now the primary entry point for interacting with your data.

## A centralized Project space

* Projects now open into a dedicated Project space, replacing the previous Collections-first workflow.
* All project activity (Chat, Collections, Libraries, Workflows, Review, and Settings) is accessible from one place.

## Powerful new features

* <i class="fa-folder-open">:folder-open:</i> **Libraries**: Libraries are curated collections of reusable inputs that help Epiq AI workflows work more efficiently and consistently. They provide known information up front so workflows can make better decisions with less manual correction.
* <i class="fa-diagram-nested">:diagram-nested:</i> **Workflows**: Workflows orchestrate multi‑step legal and review tasks into a single, intelligent flow. They bring together AI agents, integrations, and automation to help teams move work forward faster with fewer manual handoffs and more consistency across matters.
* **Workflow Templates:** Use a prebuilt, customizable template that includes all the components you need for your project.

## Enhanced review experience

* Improved review navigation with tabbed views for batches, assignments, analytics, and runs.
* Expanded controls for managing dynamic learning and sampling tasks.

## Expanded metadata and configurability

* More detailed and structured metadata in Knowledge for **Persons** and **Organizations.**
* Updated project- and collection-level settings, including background jobs and annotation field improvements.
