# Cannot load the site

After logging in, if you see the loading spinner or icon keeps spinning and the site never fully loads, this usually means your browser is trying to load an outdated version of the app. This can happen after we release a new version. Clearing the cache will fix this. 

Here’s how to fix it:

#### **Google Chrome**

1. **Hard Refresh (quickest fix):**
   * **Windows/Linux**: Press `Ctrl + F5`
   * **Mac**: Press `Cmd + Shift + R`

#### **Safari (Mac)**

1. Click **Safari** → **Preferences** → **Privacy**.
2. Click **“Manage Website Data…”**
3. Search for the site (e.g., `aida.epiqglobal.com`)
4. Click **Remove** → then **Done**
5. Refresh the page

#### **Microsoft Edge**

1. Press `Ctrl + Shift + Delete`
2. Choose **"Cached images and files"**
3. Click **Clear now**
4. Refresh the page
