# Support

For any issues during your evaluation period, you can either submit a request directly to our support desk at [support@laer.ai](mailto:support@laer.ai) or post a ticket in our helpdesk system here: [support.laer.ai](http://support.laer.ai).

A helpdesk account will be created for the evaluation users, allowing you to directly post issues and provide more detailed information about issues.
