# Configure and run a workflow

Once you have created a workflow from a template, you are ready to configure and run your workflow.

**Prerequisites**: Upload or check your Libraries and identify your dataset(s) to use with the workflow.

To configure and run a workflow, complete the following procedure.

1. In the **Project space** menu, select **Workflows**.
2. Select your workflow.
3. Select the **Input Data** tab.
4. Click **Add Data** and do the following.
   1. Enter a name for the dataset.
   2. Select a dataset from the menu.
   3. Select **Import**.
5. Select the **Configuration** tab and review each of the components.
6. Optional. Click **Run Step** to run each component individually, or wait to deploy the full workflow after you configure all components. 
7. Select **Deploy Workflow** to run all components in order.
