# Upload from local drives

Project Admins and Managers can import data to Epiq AI by simply dragging and dropping the data files or selecting files from your system's file explorer.

After clicking the `Upload` button, the data file will start transferring to Epiq AI. The browser needs to stay open during the uploading process. The upload will fail if you close the browser before the upload finishes.
